I can’t help but point out that having a woman occupying a main role on a TV show will not automatically pollute it and make it less stellar, but heck, I’ll play ball. Yeah man, fuck getting a woman of color a major supporting role on TV. More white guys for everyone!

And while we’re on the subject, I don’t see the sense in updating the setting of Sherlock. They ought to keep it back in the late 1800’s/early 1900’s, the way Arthur Conan Doyle intended it to be. Blogging? Fuck that! If you can’t appreciate the unadulterated brilliance of two straight cisgendered heterosexual white guys solving mysteries back in the good old days when children were getting mangled on looms, you can take your uncultured, English-hating ass and stuff it. And in this iteration, he’d better be a coke addict. Moffat really screwed it up when he decided not to have any scenes of Sherlock snorting a few lines before making the deduction magic happen.
